How a Metal Shed Saved My Business
Now I’m not saying my business is a fine oiled machine like those big computer companies, but a few summers ago I started cutting lawns for profit and things took off. Sometimes a kid’s gotta make some summer bucks, and in my neighborhood there happens to be a lot of green (both definitions hold here). I began with my dad’s lawnmower, but as more work came, I had more services to add and more supplies to buy. Again, I’m a kid and really don’t have much space to put all my lawn supplies which weren’t making the parents too happy with me. My dad was the one that suggested I seriously think about looking into and investing in a cheap garden shed.
I took the suggestion after we found the perfect one. Ordering that shed has seriously lowered the bickering between me and my parents this summer. I think my mom is impressed on how organized her son has become just by putting everything in one spot. Actually it has made the business run smoother because I can find everything now, all my tools have a spot, my two mowers are covered from any rain or debris and everything I worked for is secure in my metal shed.
