Not Amethyst Butterfly Earrings, but Pretty Anyway!
My wife asked for amethyst butterfly earrings for her birthday. I searched for a pair that I would like, of course. After all, I see them when they’re being worn, not her! Well, I never found the amethyst version (I don’t like purple, anyway) but I did find a spectacular pair of silver butterfly earrings. And you know what? When she opened them she said “How did you know this is exactly what I wanted?” Go figure. I guess with most women you can’t go too wrong by giving her some silver charms or something like that. A lot of my buddies wouldn’t touch jewelry buying with a ten foot pole. But like I said, if I have to look at what she has on, I better like it!
Jewelry stores are full of choices. If you’re looking for sterling silver earrings, sterling silver stud earrings or whatever, you’re bound to end up shopping for quite a while. My advice on how to get the job done fast? Pick an animal design, something she really likes. I happen to know my wife has a thing for butterflies, which made it darned easy. But an even better idea might be to find a silver earring version of her favorite pet. How’s that for a winner every time? You’re welcome.
