Protection plus style = My new motorcycle goggles
So the snow’s finally melted off the roads. It’s good to be off the bus after over a week of standing shoulder to shoulder every morning and evening in that germ-laden tank of mouth breathers. Being back on the bike does have its benefits – not inhaling b.o. and the smell of stale cigarette smoke being two of them. Getting a chance to wear the new goggles Santa (Greg, really) bought me these this Christmas.
After last year when he bought me that lame popcorn maker he knew that he better get it right this Christmas and after I pulled out onto the highway, I was convinced he’d redeemed himself. There’s a ton of bits of gravel all over the road leftover from the snow crews and that stuff was flying off the tires of the cars around me. But I didn’t have to worry about any of it. My new goggles totally rule. And they get bonus points for looking good too. I mean, a girl’s gotta protect her eyes, right? But a girl, and more importantly a biker girl, has gotta look good too.
Greg told me if I needed more goggles in the future to look at the wholesale sunglass shops online, they have very low prices. I have looked around at the goggles they offer and they look pretty nice. I usually go through a few pair of these each year so next time I will be buying them wholesale that is for sure.
